· Craniopagus — skull (c)
· Pyopagus — buttocks and sacrum(d)
· Ischiopagus — ischium (e)
· Diprosopus — two faces. (f)

Ultrasound diagnosis
· Separate fetuses with a constant point of connection.
· Absent dividing membranes.
· Umbilical arteries may have differing Doppler wave form.
· Associated anomalies, particularly in diprosopus.
